Property Design & Development Division

As the Base business unit for Miamika Associates, the Property Design & Development Division serves the corporation to generate working capital. Its goal is to provide both short and long term capital influx to assist in the implementation of corporate objectives.

The Property Design & Development Division was established in 1991. Acquisitions and development of properties has been targeted in resort and beach communities located in Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina and Florida. The Division owns and manages properties that provide residual income to and appreciation of corporate assets.

Capabilities of this Division consist of services in the areas of architectural design, interior design, rehabilitation/renewal, new construction and property management for both residential and commercial properties. Since the formation of this Division, our associates have completed the purchase, refurbishment and management of properties exceeding a combined project value of $5 Million. Projects have ranged in value from $25,000.00 to $250,000.00. Projects undertaken by this Division are chosen based on the amount of investment and time required to implement the project and the return on investment.
